TRM is delighted to announce the appointment of Olympic Champion Christian Kukuk as a new TRM brand ambassador.

Based between Germany and the US, Christian’s journey to the top of showjumping is particularly remarkable. Unlike many elite riders, he did not begin riding until his teenage years. Having grown up in a horse-riding family and initially having his sights set on football, watching his father compete inspired him to try riding himself. His mother then taught him to ride and he has gone on to become one of the world’s leading showjumpers and an Olympic champion.

Kukuk’s partnership with one of his horses, Checker 47, has already delivered some of the most significant moments of his career. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, the pair claimed the individual gold medal in show jumping, with Kukuk delivering a spectacular performance to secure Germany’s first individual Olympic jumping gold medal since 1996.

Most recently, Christian and Checker 47 successfully defended their title at the 2026 Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of London, becoming the first combination to win the prestigious class back-to-back.
