CALPHORMIN is a pelleted Supplemental source of minerals and an amino acid for horses.
Instructions for Proper Use:
CALPHORMIN should be added to the normal feed ration.
Mare in foal (months 9, 10, 11): Add 4 oz (approx. 120g) daily to a minimum of 2lb of the normal finished feed.
Lactating mare:Add 4 oz (approx. 120g) daily to a minimum of 2lb of the normal finished feed.
Weanling /Yearling: Add 2 oz (approx. 60g) daily to a minimum of 1lb of the normal finished feed.
Adult Horse: Add 2 oz (approx. 60g) daily to a minimum of 1lb of the normal finished feed.
