Gary Dooley Clinches Victory In The Second Leg of the TRM®️ | SJC Spring Tour at Broadmeadows Equestrian Centre.
Last weekend, the 18th of February saw the second leg of the TRM | SJC Spring Tour take place at Broadmeadows Equestrian Centre. A total of 21 combinations tackled the course with only 4 of them advancing to the jump off.
Gary Dooley and CSF Olympic Jewel kicked off the jump-off round with a stellar performance, crossing the finish line in a remarkable 37.03 seconds. Their time proved unbeatable, securing them the well-deserved victory. Additionally, Gary claimed the Leading JU/YR award. CSF Olympic Jewel is an eight-year-old mare sired by Mylord Carthago (SF) and out of Olympic Clover (ISH) and is owned by Declan Dooley.
Claiming the second position was Niamh O’Connor Barry aboard Drumiller Vegas, who delivered a commendable performance with a time of 39.20 seconds. Ruairi Aylward, riding Clonagoose Sky Bouncer, clinched the third spot, while last week’s winner, Annabel Shields, secured the fourth position aboard Lapstan, clocking in at 42.91 seconds. Brendan Murphy delivered a flawless jumping round but incurred a time fault in the first round, relegating him to fifth place. Meanwhile, Sven Hadley finished in sixth position.
The top 3 riders were presented with TRM®️ supplement packs, courtesy of TRM®. These packs included essential products such as TRM Hat, TRM Global Brochure, Kurasyn PB, Good as Gold Paste, Equizal, Hoof Oil & Brush, Flamezze, Omega 3, Superlyte Paste, and Speedxcell. Additionally, the leading young rider, Gary Dooley, was awarded a TRM Saddle Cloth.
