Katie Nallon Triumphs in the TRM®️ | SJC Spring Tour at Mullingar Equestrian Centre.

Last weekend, Mullingar Equestrian Centre in County Westmeath set the stage for an exhilarating leg of the TRM | SJC Spring Tour, drawing a staggering 71 entries. Amidst challenging tracks, only eight combinations emerged with clear first-rounds advancing to the jump off.

Katie Nallon, aboard Duffys Sport Horses’ “Ecklands Helado,” clinched victory with a fast time of 41.42 seconds. The ten-year-old grey mare, is by Cobra and out of Annaghmore Charisma, showed amazing talent, securing not only the class win but also the Leading JU/YR prize.

Aimee Barry, riding Garryndruig Limoncello, put up a commendable performance, securing second place with a time of 41.83 seconds, just shy of Nallons impressive time. Katie McEntee, aboard Kinmar Bespoke, claimed the third spot, while Annabel Shields, currently leading the leaderboard, finished fourth riding Creevagh Carisma. The top six was rounded off by Cathal Daniels with Cappog Tomy in fifth place and Brid Ryan aboard Ne Touche Pas van de Rostal in sixth place.

The top 3 riders were presented with TRM®️ supplement packs, courtesy of TRM®. These packs included essential products such as TRM Hat, TRM Global Brochure, Kurasyn PBGood as Gold PasteEquizal, Hoof Oil & BrushFlamezzeOmega 3Superlyte Paste, and Speedxcell. Additionally, the leading young rider, Katie Nallon, was awarded a TRM Saddle Cloth.

Thanks to Mullingar Equestrian Centre for hosting a successful event. Excitement is growing for the third last leg of the Spring Tour taking place at Barnadown Equestrian Centre on the 7th of April. With Annabel Shields still leading in 40 points, Gary Dooley in second on 24 points and Niamh O’Connor Barry in third place on 22 points anticipation for the remaining competitions is high.
